Q Do QLD RSA certificates expire?
A: Yes. QLD RSA statements of attainment are valid for three (3) years only.
Q Can I do RSA online?
A: Yes. RSA On-line does comply with the mandatory requirements.
Q I have my RSA from a State other than Queensland – is it valid?
No, your interstate RSA will NOT BE VALID. You will need to complete an OLGR approved RSA course.
Q I am not 18yrs old yet, but would like to do the RSA – is this ok?
A: Yes, this is fine as there are no age restrictions on RSA.
Q Can I do the RSG online or via correspondence?
A: Yes. RSG is available online here at the QHA Training Centre.
Q I did a course with QHA and have lost my certificate – can I get another copy?
A: QHA does not keep copies of participant’s certificates. However, provided you completed a course with QHA and can provide the necessary details to locate your information (such as time and place), a new certificate can be produced.
