QHA now offers Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training online. QHA RSA Online (SITHFAB009A) meets all Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing requirements and is Nationally Accredited training.
Students can register for training, pay the $70 fee and complete the training all on the same day!
The delivery of RSA Online allows flexibility for all Queensland hoteliers and their staff, ensuring they are aware of:

Minimising risks to the licence and patrons
Implementing best practice for serving alcohol
Ensuring patron safety and more!
Online training is particularly beneficial for staff in rural and remote areas and for students and other personnel who do not have the time to attend a face-to-face course. Training is also inexpensive at just $70 per person.
Each student that successfully completes the course receives an Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing Responsbile Service of Alcohol accredited training certificate.
