Why You Must Have Your RSG
- The Queensland Office of Liquor Gaming Regulation (OLGR) introduced mandatory RSG training for licensed gaming staff and other gaming staff involved in gaming duties and tasks from 1 October 2010.
- The Queensland OLGR Approved RSG certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- RSG certificates issued from other states may not meet the mandatory Queensland OLGR requirement.
Who should have an Approved RSG certificate?
- Gaming nominees, Licensed gaming employees and any staff involved with the gaming exclusion process
- Best practice is that all staff who interact with gaming players should hve this training, including Managers and Supervisors, cashiers, TAB and Keno operators, and gaming floor staff.
